Refund policy

Overview

We stand behind every product we sell. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase with Al Arabi Perfumes, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery in the following cases:

• Original perfumes that are factory sealed and completely unopened
• Items that arrived damaged or defective
• Items sent incorrectly due to our error

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Recreation (inspired) fragrances, unless sent in error or arrived damaged
• Items returned after the 3-day window has passed

How to Request a Return

You must contact us before sending any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To initiate a return, reach out to us via our store contact page or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.

Returning the Item

You may return items by:

• Dropping them off directly at our store
• Shipping them to us at your own expense

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds are issued as:

• Cash collected in store, or
• Transfer via WHISH Money

We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
